CANCELLATION: ALL cancellations MUST be done via the website. DMs/Texts will no longer be acceptable. This also includes any emails before/during the cancellation window. This is to avoid any confusion or the risk of being charged a service fee. We ask that you cancel your appointment 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment via your confirmation email or the site itself. In the case of a late cancelation (within 48 hrs of your appointment), you will cover 50% of the full service. NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This INCLUDES forgetting your appointment. LATE TO APPOINTMENT: Please contact us if your are going to be late. Appointments are usually scheduled back to back, being more than 10-20 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and will be considered a NO SHOW. RESCHEDULES/NO SHOWS: All RESCHEDULING MUST be done via the website. Any rescheduling less than 7 days from your appointment time will be a forfeit of you deposit and another deposit will be needed to book another. You may reschedule up to 2 times and reschedule date must not exceed 6 months from the initial date. Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate. No call-No shows or any notice less than 24hrs before appointment will result in a full credit card charge. NONREFUNDABLE Service: We cannot guarantee 100% successful result to our clients because everyone's skin type takes in permanent makeup differently.
